We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who is exceptionally hungry, disciplined, and ready to drive significant market growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be a critical, top-producing member of our team, focused on strategically identifying, nurturing, and closing new business within the small to medium-sized medical practice and hospital market. This role demands proactive market development and expert relationship management to build a robust book of business and maximize client value through strategic upsells.

What You’ll Do – Driving Growth and Strategic Partnerships

  • Consultative Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle, acting as a trusted consultant from initial engagement through successful onboarding.
  • Proactive Market Development: Strategically research and identify high-potential opportunities, tenaciously generating new, high-quality prospects through proactive outbound strategies and deep industry networking.
  • Engage and Convert: Engage prospective clients through proactive, strategic outreach, including targeted calls and customized emails, and expertly manage inbound leads.
  • Be the Expert: Set up and conduct engaging, persuasive product demonstrations that clearly articulate the transformative value of the raVE platform.
  • Partnership Building & Upsell: Cultivate deep, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, maximizing lifetime account value.
  • Master Your Craft: Accurately track all sales activities and prospective customer interactions in HubSpot to maintain an immaculately organized pipeline.
  • Represent rater8: Attend key industry conferences with our sales team to demo our product, generate new leads, and be a confident brand ambassador.
  • Exceed Expectations: Stay hyper-focused on achieving and consistently exceeding ambitious monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Be a Product Pro: Stay up-to-date on all product pricing, features, and benefits to maintain expert credibility.

What You’ll Bring – Your Profile

  • Senior Sales Prowess: 5+ years of successful, high-volume sales experience, specifically selling healthcare technology solutions or reputation management to medical practices and hospitals (required).
  • Domain Expertise: Deep connections and a proven track record within the healthcare industry are essential. Experience with SaaS sales is highly preferred.
  • The Right Toolset: Familiarity and proficiency with sales CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce).
  • Intellectual Horsepower: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, successful, professional experience.
  • Exceptional Communication: An exceptional communicator with commanding interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills—you’re a natural relationship builder.
  • Driven and Disciplined: Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented professional dedicated to exceeding performance targets and driving success.
  • A Confident Solver: Resourceful, able to learn complex products and processes quickly, think on your feet, and confidently solve customer problems.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, this role offers performance-based commission opportunities, with an OTE range of approximately $160K - $180K, uncapped. Actual total compensation will depend on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, years of relevant experience, and individual performance.
