We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow a team of six high-performing Account Executives. This role is key to driving revenue growth, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring consistent pipeline development and deal execution. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, skilled in sales strategy, team development, and creating a collaborative, winning environment. This position will report to the VP of Sales.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 6 Account Executives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and sales activities to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback on calls and demos, and help AEs improve sales tactics and customer engagement.

Pipeline Forecasting: Own forecasting for your team and ensure accurate CRM data entry and pipeline visibility.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align on goals, campaigns, and feedback loops.

Hiring & Onboarding: Participate in hiring new team members and leading onboarding and training initiatives.

Sales Strategy: Implement and refine sales strategies to drive team efficiency and close rates.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role managing Account Executives or similar roles.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is required. Experience in healthtech is a plus, but not required.
  • BA optional
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales talent.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
